Introduction.

This thesis is an ambitious attempt to merge different cultural institutions or creative fields into one combined collaborative complex that serves as a cultural anchor to the city of Gurgaon, which currently lacks one, while also intervening in an already active site, cyber hub allowing new unexpected interactions between the users and the space, as well as between the users themselves‍.
